Baltimore Ravens QB Lamar Jackson Sends Bold Warning to NFL

Following their appearance in the AFC Championship last year, the Ravens bolstered their roster by adding one of the top running backs in recent years, Derrick Henry.

Their receiving corps, led by Zay Flowers, remains underrated but has the potential to surprise many.

Baltimore Ravens QB Lamar Jackson Sends Bold Warning to NFL

During a recent segment on Mad Dog Sports Radio, Jackson highlighted just how potent the Ravens’ offense could be this season.

“When defenses have their eyes on those guys, I’ll just do my thing. And when they focus on me, I’ll let those guys eat. It’s going to be a pick-your-poison offense.”

Defenses may find it challenging to contain Baltimore’s offense, given the number of dangerous weapons they possess.

Consider a scenario where the Ravens run an option play.

The defense would face a tough choice: do they go after the two-time MVP Lamar Jackson or focus on the former Offensive Player of the Year, Derrick Henry?

And if Lamar Jackson opts to pass, he has the option to target the All-Pro tight end Mark Andrews or the versatile and explosive Zay Flowers.

The Ravens narrowly lost at home in last season’s AFC Championship Game to the eventual Super Bowl champion Kansas City Chiefs.

However, this season, the Baltimore Ravens seems poised to be even stronger, particularly on offense.

Their revamped offense will get an early test against the Chiefs in less than two weeks as the season kicks off.
