Hope is soon to learn about Liam’s secret on The Bold and the Beautiful. So far, only a few people know. Bridget knew about Liam’s grim condition, yet didn’t inform Hope even though she’s family. Liam didn’t want anyone to know, and he begged Bridget to keep this secret. Would this wreck Hope and Bridget’s relationship? Here’s a reason why we think things are unlikely to change.
A Look Back
Hope (Annika Noelle) and Bridget (Ashley Jones) didn’t get along for dark reasons. Viewers rarely see them in the same room together. The last time we saw them together was during the Logan Christmas party. Bridget watched Hope and Carter (Lawrence Saint-Victor) kiss from across the room as she side-eyed them. Bridget and Hope interacted very little.

However, they managed to keep things civil. For Hope, Bridget is a painful reminder of the past. Interestingly enough, Bridget feels the same way about Hope. Brooke (katherin Kelly Lang) had an afffair with Deacon (Sean Kanan) while he was married to Bridget, and she ended up with pregnant with Hope.
No Drama
Hope and Bridget are hardly on speaking terms. Still, it would be nice to see some semblance of a relationship between them. But it seems like they keep a distance from each other. There’s plenty of rich family history that should be explored.
So, it doesn’t seem that Liam’s (Scott Clifton) would tear Hope and Bridget apart. They already have a wedge between them caused by Brooke. However, it could bring up the old pain that they sshare. This would be the perfect time to use this opportunity to bring up their dark past.

There was never a time when Bridget or Hope discussed what happened with Deacon and Brooke. After all, Bridget was the one who delivered Hope. She also told Deacon that he was the father.
