Why Teresa Giudice Doesn't Think She's a "Villain" | The Daily Dish

Teresa Giudice may be competing on House of Villains Season 2, but it turns out that The Real Housewives of New Jersey. cast member doesn't necessarily see herself as a "villain."

She explained why shortly after making her debut on the E! show during the premiere, which aired Oct. 9. "I'm Teresa Giudice, from The Real Housewives of New Jersey. I'm the original from Season 1. I don't think I'm a villain, I'm just a loud Italian. Very passionate. I'm a passionate Italian," Teresa shared in a confessional interview. "When you really get to know Teresa, you're gonna like her. She's so much fun. She's easygoing. I'm all about the love, love, love."

After introducing herself, Teresa took a tour of the house. "We're definitely not in Jersey anymore," she said as she explored the mansion, eventually settling down in a pink bedroom with two beds (considerably less grand than her Garden State abode).

Teresa also gave fans some more insight into her psyche — and how she planned to play the game.

"I'm very competitive. I've done a lot of competition shows: Celebrity ApprenticeDancing With the Stars," she noted. "So there's a lot of stakes here. I have a lot to prove. I want to take the money, the title, take it all."

Teresa Giudice compares House of Villains to RHONJ

Even though she was far from the comfort of Jersey, Teresa found a way to make her new digs work for her. And sometimes it was even a walk in the park compared to being in her home state, battling things out with her fellow cast members.

"I enjoyed meeting everyone. It was great," she said in an interview for Extra after answering "definitely" to the question of whether House of Villains was "easier" than RHONJ. “My strategy was just to be myself and of course if someone went against me, then they would see the villain that would come out of me, which that did happen a few times," she added.
