Vinivia Business Connected to Luis Ruelas Faces Failure To Pay Employee Accusations

Luis Ruelas’ name is trending, and it has nothing to do with the Real Housewives of New Jersey series. Instead, it’s a business he’s connected to; a live-streaming platform called Vinivia. Luis is not the CEO of Vinivia. However, he is still a part of this organization, so his name is not faring well, as Vinivia has failed to pay for several services rendered.

Non-payment accusations against Vinivia are mounting

Earlier this year, Luis’s blended family attended Vinivia’s launch party. As Luis heavily promoted Vinivia on his socials left and right, his attendance made sense. Sadly, the CEO’s wallet closed shortly after and never reopened. Cue the first non-payment accusation against Vinivia, initiated by the event planner.

“I want to be very clear that as this project went on, everything was requested and approved, and I have everything to show that,” the planner stressed. However, Marcello Genovese, the co-founder, was filled with excuses, not cash, so this planner is now missing 300k.

Now, Nicole Fava, the Brand Marketing Manager at Vinivia (according to her Facebook page), has just taken to TikTok to reveal that Vinivia has also not paid her or her colleagues. In her video, Nicole explains that she began working for Vinivia in December 2023. Shortly after the company failed to pay the event planner, Nicole explained, “My coworkers and I had our paychecks retracted from our bank accounts.”

In addition to this, Nicole claims their 401(k) accounts are missing funds. ‘Sup, felony charges? If these employees decide to band together and hold these broke-blokes accountable, things could get messy rather quickly. Until then, these employees are staying away from the office.

Yikes. As for Luis, he has yet to comment on this issue. Maybe TMZ needs to find him, as the last time they spoke, Luis was all about Vinivia.

Cue Ol’ Dirty Bastard singing, “If you wanna look good and not be bummy, Girl Vinivia, you better give me up that money.”

Real Housewives of New Jersey is streaming on Peacock.
