Vancouver Canucks Superstar Brock Boeser Linked to 2 Canadian Teams

Vancouver Canucks forward Brock Boeser, who is a pending UFA and likely soon on his way to a new city, has been linked to a pair of Canadian teams.

By all indications, Brock Boeser has likely played his last game wearing a Vancouver Canucks uniform.

He'll have no problem finding a new team given his knack for scoring, and it's possible that he remains north of the Canadian border.

Per NHL analyst Elliotte Friedman, while appearing on the 'Donni and Dhali' podcast, multiple teams are going to be lining up for Boeser, including the Ottawa Senators.

I think Boeser hits the market, I don't think it's a huge surprise for anyone out there. I think it's going to be interesting for Boeser out there, I think there's going to be some teams that are going to offer shorter term like the Canucks did.

I've heard him with a bunch of teams. I've heard Ottawa, I've heard Minnesota, I've heard L.A., I've heard San Jose.

I think there's a lot of possibilities out there for Boeser, depending on what kind of contract he likes.

Additionally, the Montreal Canadiens could be a possibility for Boeser, per analyst Jimmy Murphy.

Not long before the end of this most recent season, Boeser admitted that it was 'unlikely' that he would be back with the Canucks next season.

Honestly, it's unlikely at this point. It [stinks], it's unfortunate. I'm just trying to play good hockey, and then I'll worry about everything after that. We all know it's been a roller coaster of a year. There's been a lot of different things.

Boeser has 434 points (204G, 230A) in 554 career NHL games.
