The Washington Commanders were in Miami Thursday for a joint practice with the Dolphins. The two teams meet on Saturday in the second preseason game.
The weather was bad during last week’s joint practice session with the New York Jets, and Washington’s offense mostly struggled. Rookie quarterback Jayden Daniels found wide receiver Dyami Brown on a deep ball, but that was the most significant highlight from a Washington perspective.
Things were different this time around against the Dolphins, as Daniels was on fire before throwing an interception to former Washington cornerback Kendal Fuller to end the practice. Commanders wide receiver Terry McLaurin fell on the route.
