He got used to dancing in front of an audience during DWTS 33, but traveling with a live show is entirely different. On top of that, the Philadelphia Eagles won the game, and Joey is originally from Philadelphia.

It's been well over a year since Joey and Kelsey got engaged during The Bachelor season 28 finale, but they are in no hurry to set a wedding date. It's important to remember the couple were strangers before getting engaged, so, understandably, they want to take their time. Earlier this month, Joey crossed another item off his bucket list when he jumped out of a perfectly good airplane and posted the receipts to Instagram. "Jump out of an airplane," read Joey's famed bucket list. In the video, Joey, tethered to a professional jumper, is seen skydiving over Hawaii. The scenery is beautiful, and Joey had a great time skydiving. "This is something I’ve wanted to do for a really long time! Thank you @gojump_hawaii for making this one happen," Joey wrote in his caption. "Such an adrenaline rush in such a beautiful place."

Unwilling to sit at home alone, Kelsey's been spending time with girlfriends, even posting from an event on Instagram. There were some recognizable faces from The Bachelor season 28 cast, including Daisy Kent and Rachel Nance. Kelsey maintains close relationships with several women who appeared in Joey's season. Though it may seem odd for her to be friends with women who dated her fiancée, these women share a unique bond that few people can understand.

Joey and Kelsey have been engaged for well over a year, but they have yet to set a wedding date. In August 2024, Kelsey and Joey posted an Instagram sponsorship with the convenience store chain, Wawa. In the clip, Kelsey told fans they intend to plan their wedding soon, saying, "definitely within the next two years." If Joey and Kelsey intend to keep that promise, The Bachelor couple could make a wedding announcement any day.
