The Bachelor: How Kelsey Anderson Is Supporting Both Juliana Pasquarosa & Litia Garr Amid Their Ongoing Feud

The Bachelor season 28 winner Kelsey Anderson is supporting both Juliana Pasquarosa and Litia Garr amid their ongoing post-show feud, after leading man Grant Ellis got engaged to Juliana instead of Litia during their finale. During The Bachelor season 29, Litia appeared to be the frontrunner to win Grant's heart. He told her that he loved her before he told any of the other contestants, including Juliana, and, after their Fantasy Suite date, he wondered if he should end the show early and leave with her. However, in the end, Grant proposed to Juliana, and they're still happily engaged.

During The Bachelor season 28, Kelsey got engaged to Joey Graziadei after he popped the question during their season finale. His runner-up, Daisy Kent, had self-eliminated after she realized that Joey was going to choose Kelsey. She even rode with Kelsey to the final rose ceremony in the same limousine, holding hands, in a stunning moment of sisterhood for the show. Now, Kelsey is offering her support to both Juliana and Litia as they navigate their lives after The Bachelor season 29.

Why Are The Bachelor Season 29's Juliana Pasquarosa & Litia Garr Feuding?

The Women Were Both In Love With Grant Ellis

Although Juliana and Litia seemed to get along well during The Bachelor season 29, they've been in somewhat of a feud since the finale aired. During the finale, when Grant broke up with Litia, she said that Juliana would probably have questions for him because he'd said that he wanted to get engaged to Litia the night before he proposed to Juliana. In an interview on The Viall Files (shared by host Nick Viall via YouTube), Juliana admitted that her feelings were most hurt by Litia post-show, which was unexpected for her.

Juliana said that she thought that it was uncalled-for that Litia brought up her name during her breakup with Grant, and then continued to make those jabs onstage at "After the Final Rose," when Litia said that she was glad that The Bachelor wasn't part of her love story and that she deserves a man who's not so confused up until the last second. Juliana took that as a jab at her, but she said that she and Grant knew the reality of the situation.

Juliana also shared that she thought that she and Litia had a good relationship, but her actions since the "After the Final Rose" episode and beyond took her by surprise because she didn't think that they were the kindest. She confessed that she thinks that Litia caused their fellow contestants to have to choose sides between them, and she agreed with Nick when he asked if it felt "a little mean girlish."

In addition, Juliana revealed that the other women haven't reached out to her after the show the way that she thought they would, with the exception of Alli Jo Hinkes. They even took Litia's side during the Bachelor finale, making it clear that they were coming to the live filming only to support Litia. However, Juliana still insisted that she wants Litia to feel that she has support moving forward because she can't imagine what it was like to go so far on the show and then have her heart and ego bruised.

How Is The Bachelor Season 28's Kelsey Anderson Supporting Both Juliana & Litia?

Kelsey Wants To Lift Up Both Women

Despite all of this drama between Juliana and Litia, Kelsey is supporting both women. On Reddit, user Katmac9799 shared a post captioned, "Kelsey supporting both women without putting another one down," with a screenshot that appears to be from a TikTok video. The picture shows Litia and Juliana at a rose ceremony. Litia is described as "broken up but loved by America," while Juliana is described as, "engaged but called the 'safe option.'"

So sad, why can't we lift them both up. They're both amazing, beautiful women.

In the comments, Kelsey wrote, "So sad, why can't we lift them both up [pink heart emoji] they're both amazing, beautiful women." A fan responded, "He led on Litia. That's why. We all have a 'Grant.'" Kelsey then replied, "Don't need to hate on Juliana for that though .. you can be upset that Grant did that but still respect Juliana."

Kelsey is right that there's no need to show disrespect to either Litia or Juliana. It's not Juliana's fault that Grant led Litia on. He definitely shouldn't have given Litia false hope about getting engaged, but the nature of The Bachelor is that the runner-up is going to get hurt. However, Juliana shouldn't be made out to be the villain in the situation.

The other Bachelor season 29 women's behavior towards Juliana is also puzzling because, while it's understandable that Grant broke up with all of them, and they might be upset with him, she didn't do anything to hurt them. Unlike Juliana and Litia, Kelsey and Daisy were a shining example of how the winner and runner-up should interact. Of course, this was partially due to how Joey treated them too. It's beautiful that Kelsey is still trying to be the voice of reason in this situation and remind people that both Juliana and Litia are human beings who are deserving of respect and love.
