Seahawks RB goes viral for making unreal flip to keep play alive

Seattle Seahawks running back Kenneth Walker on Monday managed to channel his inner Simone Biles.

The Seahawks trailed the Detroit Lions 14-0 early in the second quarter at Ford Field in Detroit, Mich.

With Seattle facing 2nd-and-4 on Detroit’s 42, quarterback Geno Smith flung a pass to Walker standing just shy of the first down marker.

Walker was quickly wrapped up by Lions linebacker Alex Anzalone. But somehow, Walker was able to stay on his feet despite being flipped over not once, but twice by the Anzalone.

The acrobatics from Walker look even better in slow-motion. Walker had enough balance to get back on his feet and add a few more yards with his legs. He ended up with a 10-yard gain.

Walker’s effort to get the first down paid off in a big way. The 23-year-old scored the Seahawks’ first touchdown of the game just a few plays later.

Walker had missed the Seahawks’ last two games due to an oblique injury. He certainly looked healthy enough to play through the first half of action against the Lions.
