Vanderpump Rules' Brock Davies revealed Scheana Shay took one of their favorite activities to a new level.
Cold plunging at home is a popular trend among Bravolebs these days, and Scheana Shay and Brock Davies are no exception. However, according to Brock, it seems Scheana may be a bit too comfortable with the cold-water immersion.
On September 8, Brock, who's a regular user of the feature, revealed his wife is just as much of a fanatic — to the point that she can comfortable sit in the freezing tub and read a book.
"Wow...She asked if I'd join her [in] the sauna and cold plunge," the Vanderpump Rules dad wrote over the Instagram Story video where he zoomed in on Scheana leisurely reading.
Brock then turned the camera around to himself as he hilariously exclaimed, "I've created a monster!"
Brock Davies' Outdoor "Morning Routine" with Daughter Summer
We previously saw Brock enjoying the cold plunge himself earlier in August when he revealed his genius "morning routine" with his daughter, 3-year-old daughter, Summer Moon Honey Davies.
"Good morning from us to you. We are building our dream home so we might as well live in it," Brock captioned the August 11 Instagram video which revealed himself soaking in the cold plunge tub while Summer was on the swings of her massive white play set. The dad and daughter also sang along to some Disney tunes as they enjoyed the morning together.
"I want this to be our morning routine!!!" Brock stated further in the caption of the video, in which he explained more about their days together in a voiceover.
"We swing and sing!" he stated in the video. "Might as well get some ice bath in, too."
Adorable!
Scheana Shay and Brock Davies' Backyard Decor
In addition to sharing the details of their outdoor playset for Summer, Scheana previously revealed how she and Brock decorated their backyard patio area.
In an Instagram Story shared earlier in the summer, Scheana took a video of Summer playing on the swingset while her husband lounged on a black semi-circular outdoor sofa with gray cushions.
The space also had a round coffee table, a black-and-white geometric pattern area rug, and a potted plant on the coffee table.
