The Baltimore Ravens finished this past season with the best record in the AFC North at 12-5. With the improvements they have made all around, they could be poised for a huge season in 2025.
In a recent article by NFL Spin Zone's Sayre Bedinger, he predicts the record of every AFC North when the end of the 2025 season rolls around. And for the Ravens, he thinks that they are going to end the season with an astonishing 16-1 record.
"It's going to be difficult for the Baltimore Ravens to lose games this season," Bedinger wrote. "In the NFL, anything is possible and you can get unlucky at any point. The Ravens were a great example of that last year, especially early in the season, when they got a bit unlucky in some tight games. The floor is so high for this team, their worst game might still beat a lot of teams."
The Ravens' offense was overall the best in the NFL in 2024, as they finished with the most total yards in the league. They were unsurprisingly first in the league in rushing yards, and seventh in passing yards.
As for the defense, they were tenth in terms of least yards allowed. The team had the best run defense in the NFL statistically, but the second-worst passing defense. But with the team drafting safety Malaki Starks in the 2025 NFL Draft and signing star corner Jaire Alexander, those struggles could be a thing of the past.
The last Ravens Super Bowl came back in 2013, so Lamar Jackson and company will be looking to bring the Lombardi back to Baltimore again for the first time in over a decade.
