Packers News: Rashan Gary Makes Bold Prediction About Jordan Love

Green Bay Packers Rashan Gary

Green Bay Packers defensive end Rashan Gary is looking forward to the 2024 NFL season. Gary will be under contract with the Packers for the next years. He hopes to help this defense get to another level this season.

A season ago, the Green Bay Packers played a 3-4 defensive scheme under Joe Barry. This season, Green Bay will be playing a 4-3 defensive scheme under new defensive coordinator Jeff Hawley.

With this switch, hopefully, Gary can reach the double-digit sacks total mark this season. Also, this better help out some of the other players on the Packers roster to make the defense better in the long haul.

Green Bay Packers Defensive End Rashan Gary Makes a Bold Prediction About Quarterback Jordan Love Entering the 2024 Season

Packers defensive end Rashan Gary went onto The Rich Eisen Show and talked about his star quarterback entering the 2024 NFL season. Gary said about quarterback Jordan Love:

“People haven’t seen nothing yet. The things that he’s been doing in camp that you can’t see. The practice tape that you can’t see. The throws that he’s doing, how he’s putting them on the money. It’s ridiculous right now. I just can’t wait for the season so he can display it. He’s in store for a hell of a season for us.”

We will see what Jordan Love does for an encore for the Green Bay Packers this season. Last season, he completed 64.2% of his passes for 4,159 yards, 32 touchdowns, and 11 interceptions. Love also rushed for 247 yards on 50 carries and four touchdowns, along with 4.9 yards per carry.

There is a chance that he could be an MVP candidate this season. Love last season was second in passing touchdowns. Only Dak Prescott of the Dallas Cowboys had more passing touchdowns than Jordan Love last season with 36 touchdowns.

It would not be a surprise to see Love be in the top five in passing yards this season. He had the second-most touchdown passes last season without a true number-one wide receiver on the roster and also didn’t have a single wide receiver that went over 1,000 yards receiving. There is a chance that at least one or two wide receivers could accomplish that feat this season.

The Packers fanbase is excited to see what he can accomplish this season. No wonder why Rashan Gary and the rest of the football team can’t wait to see what he can do this season.
