The Las Vegas Raiders just got one of the best wins they have had in some time. If I had to rank the best wins of the last three years, it would be the Kansas City Chiefs Christmas Day game first, then the Los Angeles Chargers 60 piece, and then this one, against the Baltimore Ravens.
I've said it once and I'll say it again, this one is huge because literally no one picked them to win, including myself. So, they proved everyone wrong. They struggled at times but showed perseverance because when they needed to step up and play well the most, they did, and that goes for both sides.
The defense played well all day, but the offense had the save in the end, scoring an offensive drive at the end of the game, with an RPO touchdown to star wide receiver Davante Adams that was honestly a perfect throw by quarterback Gardner Minshew.
After the exciting win, not only did Maxx Crosby celebrate in the way he usually does, but the entire team celebrated in the locker room following Antonio Pierce's elite speech.
"The Raiders motherf***in way!"
This was also the first time that we got to see rookie tight end Brock Bowers do the Raiders chant, and do something other than say "I just want to play football."
Pierce's speech was legit. It reminds me a lot of the one he had after his very first win, which had the team ready to run through a brick wall. This one may have the Raiders to go ahead and suit up for their game against the Carolina Panthers.
