The Kansas City Chiefs may be tied for the NFL’s best record at 11-1, but they’re somewhat of a mystery to many people right now.

They have won nine of their games by seven points or less, and it seems like luck has played a huge role in all of those victories, which has made people wonder if the Chiefs’ success is sustainable, especially come playoff time.

But commentator Joy Taylor still believes in the Chiefs — in fact, she said on Fox Sports 1’s “Speak” that she still believes they will end up claiming their third straight Super Bowl championship this February.

No NFL team has won it all three years in a row since the merger with the AFL resulted in the formation of the Super Bowl, and these days, there is a large amount of parity throughout the league, especially since the Chiefs haven’t been as dominant as they were in 2022 or 2019 when they won their first two titles of the Patrick Mahomes era.

For the second year in a row, Mahomes, who is considered the best overall quarterback in the game, is putting up subpar stats (by his standards), and there has been concern that Kansas City will be in trouble when it faces a talented opponent in the playoffs.

There seems to be some belief that a team such as the Buffalo Bills, who are 10-2 and on a seven-game winning streak, or even the Baltimore Ravens, could send Kansas City home before it gets back to the Super Bowl.

But on the other hand, great teams find ways to consistently win even when they aren’t playing well, and that’s exactly what Mahomes and crew keep doing.
