Josh Jacobs takes down radio-show personality

Paul “Paulie” Pabst, an executive producer and on-air personality on “The Dan Patrick Show,” has a history of taking on NFL players during Super Bowl week.

Las Vegas Raiders' 'losing' culture contributed to Josh Jacobs joining Green Bay Packers

On Friday, Pabst decided to run the Oklahoma drill with Green Bay Packers runner back Josh Jacobs.

Jacobs usually is a ball-carrier, but in this case, Pabst had the football with both men wearing shoulder pads. While the former Alabama running back has only four tackles on his NFL record, Jacobs showed he knows how it’s done but driving Pabst into the floor.

A three-time Pro Bowler, Jacobs ran for 1,329 yards and 15 touchdowns on 301 carries and caught 36 passes for 342 yards and one touchdown in 17 regular-season games in his first year with the Packers. Jacobs ran for 81 yards and one touchdown on 18 carries and caught three passes for 40 yards in the first round of the NFC playoffs, but Green Bay lost to the Philadelphia Eagles 22-10.

Jacobs spent his first five NFL seasons with the Oakland/Las Vegas Raiders before joining the Packers in NFL free agency in March.

In 90 regular-season games, Jacobs has run for 6,874 yards and 61 touchdowns on 1,606 carries and caught 233 passes for 1,790 yards and one touchdown.
