The Valley's Jesse Lally is revealing candid new details about the toll his ongoing divorce from Michelle Saniei initially took on his physical and mental health.
After Michelle alleged on The Valley After Show for Season 2, Episode 5 that Jesse "hooked up with" a married woman less than a week after she asked for a divorce in October 2023, he insisted that he was in in no state to even be dating at that time.
According to Jesse, Michelle "started going out immediately," following their October 16 separation. "I started staying up, ya know, all night long, no sleep, [and at] 3 a.m., I would check the cameras in the garage to make sure she got home safe [and] shut the garage door properly," he recalled in the above After Show clip.
"I was so built up, I lost 40 pounds," Jesse added. "I wasn't sleeping, I wasn't eating. And it got to a point where, like, it took me a while to start hooking up or dating or anything like that."

All season, Jesse has laid out various theories about Michelle cheating, including that she allegedly had an extramarital affair with current boyfriend Aaron Nosler.
As he elaborated on the After Show, he and Michelle "had an intervention of sorts" with a mutual friend just prior to filming The Valley Season 2. "Michelle’s No. 1 thing was, 'You can't say I was cheating with Aaron 'cause it's not true," the dad to 5-year-old Isabella recounted. "And my friend looked at her and said, 'But you were cheating?'"
That's when he said Michelle "got red in the face" and confessed that she and her best friend met two guys and "both started dating them."
Referencing a time Michelle went out one night wearing lingerie he bought her in Paris, Jesse said he'd already started to "pick up little crumbs" of evidence that led him to believe his wife was being unfaithful anyway. Regardless, he added he can't "go back and relive" the experience to figure out "did she, did she not" cheat, especially now that Isabella's "happy" living with her and Aaron part-time.
"How resentful can I be of the past when my daughter's living in the room next to this person at his house?" Jesse wondered, further revealing that he still has a bottle of honey from Aaron's company in his cabinet because Isabella "likes it on her strawberries."

Repeating her Episode 5 admission that she "kissed another guy" at the "very end" of their marriage on the After Show, Michelle accused Jesse of cheating, too.
"He's not the most innocent man on earth either," she claimed. "The reality was I was at home with our daughter while you were having eight-hour lunches. What were you doing that whole time? So, yes, you didn't get caught because I didn't look for it, but I promise you there was something going on for a while."
