Kristin Cavallari is finally coming clean. After years of speculation that she and Craig Conover had a brief dalliance at one time, she’s now admitting the truth.
On the June 3 episode of Watch What Happens Live, the Laguna Beach alum shared some tea with Andy Cohen.
When Andy wondered if there was “overlap” in the timeline with Craig’s relationship with Paige DeSorbo, Kristin confessed there probably was. At the time, she wasn’t aware of Craig seeing Paige, but as soon as she found out, she backed off.
“What exactly is the nature of your relationship with Craig Conover?” Andy asked in a game of Truth Bomb. “Was it ever romantic?”
“So Craig and I were friends first,” the Uncommon James founder explained. “[We] became romantic for two seconds. The second I caught wind of Paige, I very politely excused myself from the situation.”
“Was there overlap in your relationships?” Andy pressed.
“There was a picture of Craig and Paige in New York,” Kristin responded. “It looked like they were sort of together … That’s the first I had heard about it. I saw that picture, and I texted him [and] said, ‘Hey, let’s just be friends’ … I was already in a love triangle in high school. I’m good for the rest of my life. I’m never gonna be in another one.”
“So it was towards the beginning of their relationship,” Andy clarified, and Kristin agreed.
Since then, Craig was a guest on her new docuseries on E!, Honestly Cavallari: The Headline Tour. “That was the first time I had seen him since [Paige and Craig] got together,” she shared. “I grilled him about some stuff, too.” She didn’t want to reveal too many details, though, as it will all be on her show.
As we know, Paige and Craig dated for three years before ending their relationship in December 2024. After hearing things he’s said about her since their split, Paige now says Craig is “dead to me.”
Both Southern Charm and Summer House are now streaming on Peacock in the US and on Hayu in the UK and Ireland.
