On Season 10 of Southern Charm, viewers have watched as Shep Rose's relationship with Sienna Evans has slowly imploded during a group trip to the Bahamas. But will Shep finally get some closure in a new episode of Southern Charm tonight?
This season of Southern Charm features Venita Aspen, Leva Bonaparte, Craig Conover, Taylor Ann Green, Austen Kroll, Madison LeCroy, Rodrigo Reyes, Shep Rose, and Jarrett “JT” Thomas among the cast, as well as newcomers Salley Carson, Molly O’Connell, and Ryan Albert. Patricia Altschul and Whitney Sudler-Smith are also on Southern Charm Season 10.
And while Shep's relationship has been a major topic of conversation, there has been a lot going on this season. Craig is committed to a healthier lifestyle, which has led to friction with Austen — and he still has concerns about his relationship with Paige DeSorbo. Madison, meanwhile, is dealing with her husband's health scare; Venita is crushing on JT; and Molly is contemplating her own feelings for Shep. Plus, tension is slowly growing between JT and many members of the group, leading to an early exit from the Bahamas trip.

What happens on Southern Charm Season 10, Episode 13?
According to an official episode description, "Shep reaches a heartbreaking conclusion about his relationship with Sienna; Venita reveals her true feelings about JT to Ryan and Salley; Craig and Austen have a heart-to-heart that changes everything."
Of course, this tidbit about Shep reaching a "heartbreaking" conclusion re: Sienna may not be much of a shock for Southern Charm fans. During the group trip, Shep's friends have observed that Sienna doesn't seem particularly into him (in fact, they made comments about Sienna seeming uninterested before they even left for the Bahamas!). And while Shep felt so deeply about Sienna, he sent her a long text professing his love and commitment, Sienna did not initially respond, later telling Shep the text was "intense."
But what will be the final straw for Shep? Fans will have to tune in at 8/7c tonight on Bravo to see for themselves.
