Lisa Vanderpump, the reality TV famous restaurateur who is as well-known for appearances on "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" and "Vanderpump Rules" as she is for her restaurants, is getting ready to open Wolf by Vanderpump at the Caesars Republic Scottsdale hotel next to Scottsdale Fashion Square.
The restaurant will take over the seventh floor of the Caesars Republic hotel, moving into what was formerly Seven. The space will undergo a full transformation with construction beginning July 7, before opening to the public in winter 2025.
The Scottsdale restaurant will be the second location of Wolf by Vanderpump, which debuted in April 2024 at Caesars Republic Lake Tahoe.
"WOLF is unique, bold, filled with epic visual statements, and it will be the perfect addition to the stunning Caesars Republic Arizona hotel," Lisa Vanderpump said in a news release. "This location will feel different to the Tahoe location, drawing inspiration from the desert and surrounding areas, which will be infused into the design, the food and the cocktails."

What's on the menu at Wolf by Vanderpump Scottsdale?
The Scottsdale location will serve "reimagined favorites" from the Lake Tahoe location, plus a new menu of shareable plates that make use of seasonal, "regionally inspired" ingredients.
