On the MDLLA Season 15 finale, Heather Altman came to the realization that if she took on any more work, she'd break.
Heather Altman has finally had enough — and she made it known in the Season 15 finale of Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles.
While discussing how getting to the opening of the Altman Brothers' Orange County office was “almost the death” of her on Episode 10 (which aired September 11), Heather shared some insight into her relationship with Josh Altman.
“I feel like I’m going crazy. I’ve been telling Josh, ‘I need you to help me a little bit when we’re at home,' because he’s so used to me doing everything. He’s not hearing me because he’s business partner Josh, not husband Josh," Heather told Tracy Tutor. "I just need more support and he’s not there.”
“I put in all this energy and time and at this point in our marriage, it’s just husband-to-wife validation that I’m looking for," she added.
After Tracy told Heather that if she continues on like this she’ll break, Heather noted that she already told Josh that. As she put it, “I said, ‘Do you want to raise your children on your own?’"
Josh Altman and Heather Altman's marriage troubles
Josh and Heather's marital issues were at the forefront throughout Season 15 of MDLLA.
In another conversation with Tracy that took place during Episode 7, Heather explained that Josh's ambition (he's a self-admitted "workaholic") had gotten in the way of their relationship — and her mental health.
"It's tough on the marriage and it's tough on the kids," she noted during a confessional. "But Josh isn't going to stop until he proves to everyone that he's number one. Which is what I love most about him, but it also may kill me at the same time."
