Danni Baird's "Little Man" Just Hit a Major Milestone: "Can't Believe..."

The Southern Charm alum, who welcomed a son named Yates with her now-fiancé Nick Volz in December 2023, just took to Instagram to share an adorable update on her family.

Danni posted a carousel of images of Yates on her feed on August 25.

"Can’t believe our little man is officially 8 months old!" she captioned the post, which also featured photos of both her and her fiancé holding their baby boy.

After announcing her pregnancy in October 2023, Danni only confirmed that she had given birth when she shared a post on Instagram in honor of Yates' four-month birthday. As the Charleston resident later revealed, she actually welcomed her baby boy just in time for Christmas.

"He wasn't due until middle of January but I was last-minute Christmas shopping and on the way to T.J. Maxx, my water broke in the car," Danni told PEOPLE in July 2024. "I was like, 'Did I just pee my pants?' Then it happened again, and I was like, 'Uh, I think I might just run by the doctor real quick'"

She told the outlet that Nicholas picked out their baby boy's moniker, which is actually Jackson Yates Volz.

"It's not a family name. As soon as [Nicholas] said it, I was like, 'I love this because A, I didn't have to think about it; B, I don't know anybody by that name; and C, it came from him.' So it was an immediate yes," she explained. "And then when I was in labor, Nick was like, 'What if we name him Jackson Yates but call him Yates' and I was like, 'We'll name him whatever you want, just let me birth this baby!'"

Did Danni Baird get married?

Danni and Nicholas had actually planned on getting married before Yates was born, but his early arrival derailed their plans. The couple is not yet married, though they are engaged.

The former Southern Charm-er got engaged to Nicholas on June 30.

"We had just driven five hours back from Lake Keowee, where we were visiting my parents, and he was like, 'Do you want to go for a stroll at the Battery,'" Danni shared to PEOPLE about how Nicholas popped the question. "And I thought he just wanted to stretch his legs, but next thing I knew I turned around and he was down on one knee, telling me, 'This is long overdue.'"

The couple plans to tie the knot before their son's first birthday.
