Cowboys CeeDee Lamb Rips Eagles Star As '(Expletive) D.e.a.d'

The Dallas Cowboys All-Pro CeeDee Lamb is trash-talking to show he isn't worried about facing off against Quinyon Mitchell and the Philadelphia Eagles this year.

There is no love lost between the Dallas Cowboys and the Philadelphia Eagles.

While the Cowboys may have more Super Bowl titles than the Eagles, they have had to watch Philadelphia hoist the last two Lombardi the division has seen in the last decade.

The mere fact Dallas has failed to reach the conference championship game during Philly's run of dominance is another reason why the rivalry has been taken to new heights

It's not just fans, either. The players also detest each other. The latest example comes from Dallas.

In an appearance in the first-ever “America’s Stream: Countdown to Schedule Release,” featuring linebacker Micah Parsons and wide receiver CeeDee Lamb, the All-Pro wideout threw shade at Eagles cornerback Quinyon Mitchell and his nickname "Quinyonomo Bay."

"That ‘Quinyonimo Bay’ don’t last over here man," Lamb said. "That (expletive) dead.. They talking ‘bout “You going to Quinyonimo Bay’ — Stop the cap. I ain’t never been locked down.”

Lamb has indeed had plenty of success with the Cowboys against the Eagles, He has recorded 50 receptions for 674 yards with four touchdowns in nine games against the hated rival.

Last season, though, Lamb caught just one pass for five yards against Mitchell according to Pro Football Focus.

In fairness to Lamb, he does most of his damage in the slot, so Mitchell (an outside corner) isn't expected to match up with him.

And of course, the availability of Dallas QB Dak Prescott - who exited early in 2024 with a horrible hamstring tear - is all-important, too.

Regardless, Lamb has called out the Eagles and their first-round corner.

We'll see which star comes out on top to begin the season in Week 1 ... with some early trash talk amping things up for now.
