"As far as the playtime goes, the ones will take a half," Reid said. "And we'll kind of fill in after that, and just see how, see how the rest of that goes for the third and fourth quarters."

As for some specific starters getting work in preseason Week 2, don't expect DT Chris Jones, S Justin Reid, LB Nick Bolton, and CB Jaylen Watson to play on defense.
On offense, Reid indicated that RT Jawaan Taylor, who suffered a shoulder injury in practice on Wednesday, wouldn't play on Saturday. He also seemed to indicate this wouldn't be a long-term issue for Taylor.
"He won't go this weekend, but I think, I think he's gonna be OK," Reid said.
He didn't quite have a decision on starting LG Joe Thuney, who has been working his way back from a pectoral injury suffered in the playoffs last year.
"Yeah, we'll I'm gonna just kind of see on that," Reid said. "I'm not gonna force it see how he feels after today but we'll let, we'll let you know on that.":
Other fringe starters on offense who could miss time include RB Clyde Edwards-Helaire (illness) and OT Wanya Morris (bone bruise).
