One team rumored to be in the mix was the Kansas City Chiefs after suffering big losses like Rashee Rice and Hollywood Brown to season-ending injuries.
While appearing on the “Up And Adams Show”, Davante discussed some teams interested in a trade.
Kay Adams then asked him if the Chiefs were in the mix. Davante quickly responded, “Negative”
It is unlikely that the Raiders would have considered giving up one of their best players to a division rival unless they offered a better package than the Jets did.
The Raiders aren’t in the position to be handing the Chiefs such an amazing advantage that would immediately boost their chances of reaching yet another Super Bowl.
