Beloved 'Bachelor' Couple Share a Surprising Peek into Their Married Life originally appeared on Parade.
Marriage is a wild ride, and no one knows that better than a couple who met on The Bachelor. Aside from the atypical way of meeting your partner (on national TV with millions of people watching), they have to deal with the day-to-day ups and downs of coupledom. Because, hey, no one and no couple is perfect.
Sean and Catherine Lowe admit they've picked up on some of each other's habits, both good and bad, over the years. And they're giving Bachelor fans a peek at what that means through their latest collab.

"After more than 10 years of marriage, we know how easily couples pick up each other's wellness behaviors—from pregnancy weight gain to holiday indulging," said Catherine Lowe. "That's why we lean on each other and Atkins to keep healthy habits going. When one of us makes a positive change, it naturally inspires the other, and Atkins' high protein, low-carb offerings make it so much easier to stay on track together."
In fact, in a true testament to "celebs, they're just like us," Atkins conducted a survey that found 47 percent of couples who share the same wellness goals say it's the "ultimate relationship hack." And a whopping 66 percent of the couples surveyed actually say adopting healthier habits together reduces relationship stress. Maybe they should share this info with the Love Island USAcouples, am I right?
As parents of three kids, it's safe to assume Sean and Catherine also need to make sure everything they need to achieve their wellness goals together is easy and accessible.
"We're excited to partner with Akins because their products naturally fit with how we live," said Sean Lowe. "Having tasty, high-protein, low-carb snacks and recipes on hand help us make better choices without feeling like we're sacrificing anything—and supporting each other along the way keeps us motivated!"
