Bachelor in Paradise season 10 is underway, and we officially have a definitive list of spoilers for the 2025 season, including who gets engaged and who leaves together.
This season, past contestants from The Bachelor and The Bachelorette are joining stars from The Golden Bachelor and The Golden Bachelorette on the beach in Costa Rica, where they’re hoping to find their perfect match.
The show, which has already brought plenty of drama, will culminate in a twisty season finale on September 10, but if you’re too impatient to wait until then, we have some spoilers for Bachelor in Paradise season 10.
The main spoilers for season 10 of Bachelor in Paradise are that only one couple got engaged, five couples left together but didn’t get engaged, and there was reportedly a major shakeup with the format of the show.
These spoilers come courtesy of Bachelor Nation’s favorite source, Reality Steve, who revealed his season 10 intel in an Instagram post.
Spencer Conley and Jess Edwards are the only couple who got engaged in the Bachelor in Paradise Season 10 finale, according to Reality Steve. Jess was on Joey Graziadei’s season of The Bachelor, and Spencer was on Jenn Tran’s season of The Bachelorette.
According to Reality Steve’s spoilers, Jess and Spencer gave each other roses in all of this season’s rose ceremonies, suggesting that they remain a solid couple to the end.
Five couples allegedly left the beach together. These are Parisa Shifteh and Brian Autz, Alexe Godin and Andrew Spencer, Sean McLaughlin and Allyshia Gupta, Dale Moss and Kat Izzo, and Jeremy Spencer and Bailey Brown.
Jonathan Johnson and Lea Cayanan couple up at some point in the season, but ended as “just friends” and aren’t together after the show.
Reality Steve wrote that none of the Golden contestants get engaged on the show, but he’s “not sure” if any of them are still dating.
Keith Gordon and Kathy Swarts had a connection on the show, as did Kim Buike and Faith Martin. Reality Steve also said that Gary Levingston offered his final rose to Leslie Fhima.
Reality Steve revealed that there seems to be a major shift in the format of the show this season, which explains why there was only one engagement.
Typically, at the end of Bachelor in Paradise, couples decide whether or not to stay together and, if they choose to remain together, someone proposes. If not, they either break up or choose to leave the beach without getting engaged.
While Reality Steve doesn’t know exactly what this season’s twist entails, it seems like couples aren’t required to move to the engagement stage if they choose to stay on the beach. He guesses that couples might be voted off later in the season regardless of their relationship status.
