However, it would be a good idea for the Ravens to consider adding another veteran tight end to complement Andrews. Imagine Andrews and Uzomah as the new dynamic tight end duo that brings a new dimension to the team.
The Ravens are known for their strong running game, and adding Derrick Henry to the backfield confirms this. Utilizing a two-tight end set would benefit both the running and passing games. Uzomah is a large player, listed at 6-foot-6 and 262 pounds. He has caught 192 passes for 1,881 yards and 16 touchdowns. While these numbers may not be exceptional, he offers more than just blocking. And at age 32, Bakhtiari could be signed at a bargain as he seeks to reaffirm his reliability as a starter.
Deion Jones - LB
Deion Jones, a dynamic linebacker whose NFL career has been highlighted by consistent playmaking, was released by the Bills this Tuesday. Jones has accumulated 731 tackles, 13 interceptions, and 8.5 sacks throughout his career. Last season with the Panthers was particularly notable as he allowed an opposing passer rating of 43.9 in coverage.
Following the departure of Patrick Queen during this offseason, the Ravens could use some reinforcements at linebacker. They attempted to address this by selecting Adissa Isaac in the third round.
