On the Tuesday, April 8 episode of The Bold and the Beautiful, Zende dropped a truth bomb while Deacon delivered a threat. Meanwhile, Liam opened his eyes after having emergency surgery. Those are just some of the moments from this episode.
Dropping Truth Bombs
Zende (Delon De Metz) and Daphne (Murielle Hilaire) spoke to Ridge (Thorsten Kaye), who’s now one of the co-CEOs of Forrester Creations. He assured them that their positions were safe after the latest shakeup. Ridge planned to reassign Zende to a new design job after Hope for the Future was canned. That’s when Zende delivered a truth bomb.
He wondered why Hope (Annika Noelle) was fired and not Carter (Lawrence Saint-Victor). Ridge told Zende that he sounded like his ex, Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang). But Zende tried to see this situation from a nuanced point of view. He was aware that Carter felt remorse for stealing the company. Yet, he didn’t think it was fair for only Hope to be punished. Daphne argued that Carter was an honorable man, while Hope used him. How will Zende feel moving forward? Is his job at risk now that he’s defending the Logans?

Serious Threat
Across the hall, Carter came face-to-face with Deacon (Sean Kanan). Daddy was there to save the day. He accused Carter of using his daughter and breaking her heart. Carter delivered a truth bomb as well. He reminded Deacon that he was the first man to break his daughter’s heart. Carter should’ve listened to Deacon’s threat at the beginning of their conversation because he followed through on it.
He knocked out Carter. Deacon then used his karate chops to make his message clear. The two got into an epic fight. But Daphne quickly broke it up. She learned that Deacon was there to defend Hope’s honor. She assured him he didn’t have to since she was already gone from Forrester Creations. Did Deacon lose the fight? Or will he continue to defend his daughter?

Wide Awake
Also, in Tuesday’s episode, Liam (Scott Clifton) woke up after having emergency brain surgery. He didn’t know where he was or why he fell. Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) asked Liam if he remembered anything. She wanted to know what happened to him. Will he remember? What will he remember?
