Why Teresa Giudice Wasn’t at Dolores Catania’s Annual Charity Softball Game.

The RHONJ cast member just explained why she was absent during the yearly event.

Teresa Giudice has a simple explanation as to why she did not attend Dolores Catania's annual softball game this year.

ICYMI, Dolores hosted the charity softball game on August 14, when Teresa was on vacation with fellow Real Housewives of New Jersey castmate, Jennifer Aydin.

"I was in Turkey with Jennifer," Teresa explained on the August 22 episode of the AllAboutTRH podcast.

What's more, if Teresa had been in the area when the game took place, she said she would have been there to "support" her longtime pal.

"Of course, I would have went, yeah. Dolores is my girl," she continued on the podcast. "We always support each other. Listen, I was in another country."

The mom of two hosted the game in Coney Island on August 14 to raise awareness for breast cancer screenings, and to raise money for the Maimonides Medical Center's breast center cancer treatment clinic.

Numerous Bravolebrities were in attendance for the big game, including Dolores' fellow RHONJ castmates Danielle Cabral, Margaret Josephs, and Rachel Fuda, as well as friend of the ladies, Jennifer Fessler.

The Real Housewives of Dubai's Chanel Ayan was also there to support Dolores, as was The Real Housewives of New York City alum Dorinda Medley (who is set to appear alongside Dolores on Season 3 of Peacock's The Traitors).

Some of the ladies' husbands were on hand as well to play ball. Dolores' beau, Paul "Paulie" Connell, suited up for the big day, as did her ex-husband, Frank Catania, and his fiancé, Brittany Mattessich. Rachel's husband, John Fuda, attended, as did Danielle's husband, Nate Cabral.

Melissa Gorga also missed the event due to travel plans. "I'm in Boston!" Melissa wrote in a post she shared on her Instagram Story on August 15. "I know my girls held it down though! ... great raising money!"

The 2024 event marked the fourth time that Dolores has hosted the Battle for Brooklyn charity game.
