The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City cast member clarified where she sources the pieces for her jewelry line, PRISM.
Whitney Rose is firing back at accusations about her jewelry line, PRISM.
On Season 5, Episode 4 of The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City, during the cast trip to Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Whitney had a chat with Heather Gay about recent allegations Meredith Marks had repeated about Whitney's business.
"I was talking to Meredith yesterday at the casino, and she said that people are talking about PRISM and your business," Heather began. "Basically that you're white labeling jewelry from China [and] everybody's talking about it."
"Well, they need to stop because that's really sh-tty. That's my business and there's nothing shady about it," Whitney hit back in response, noting that what Meredith was referring to was a slanderous "social media post." She also added that her business partner sent the post to her and surmised one of Whitney's friends was responsible for the post.
Does Whitney Rose Buy Her Prism Jewelry from Alibaba?
No. As Whitney explained in an episode interview, "There is a social media account that is accusing me of buying my jewelry from Alibaba, and that is not true."
"We buy from curated vendors; that's called 'commerce,'" she added. "It's not like Meredith is out there in the ocean diving for her caviar."
Later, Whitney added, "Whoever said that, that's f-cked up."
