In 2024, 75 Alabama alumni appeared in at least one game during the regular season – the most players from one college program in one season in NFL history.
With teams entering the final phase of their offseason work for the 2025 season, 85 of the league’s roster spots are filled by men who played at Alabama on their way to the NFL.
The Philadelphia Eagles have the most Alabama alumni on their offseason roster with eight.
The Houston Texans have six, and the Los Angeles Chargers, Seattle Seahawks and Washington Commanders have five apiece.
Four NFL teams do not have a former Alabama player on their roster – the Chicago Bears, Kansas City Chiefs, Las Vegas Raiders and Los Angeles Rams.
By Wednesday, every NFL team will have entered Phase 3 of its offseason program. In the portion of offseason practice formally called Organized Team Activities, or OTAs, teams are allowed to hold 7-on-7, 9-on-7 and 11-on-11 drills, although contact work remains prohibited.
By June 20, every team will have completed its offseason work, and the summer break will be underway in the NFL until training camps convene.
