There is no doubt that they need to find a number-one wide receiver for quarterback Jordan Love this offseason. There are different ways for them to address the position. General manager Brian Gutekunst could decide to draft someone and then also sign or trade for someone as well.

The Green Bay Packers met with Iowa State Cyclones wide receiver Jayden Higgins during the Senior Bowl this week. When Higgins met with the Packers, he said it:

“was good energy.”

That is a good sign for the Packers. Higgins could potentially be available in the second round for the Green Bay Packers. Jayden Higgins this past season with Iowa State caught 87 passes for 1,183 yards receiving and nine touchdowns, along with averaging 13.6 yards per reception.

He is 6’4″ and weighs 215 lbs. Jayden Higgins is the kind of wide receiver that the Packers are looking for. Along with Higgins, they also looked at Utah State Aggies wide receiver Jalen Royals during the Senior Bowl. Green Bay is looking to fix its wide receiver problems this offseason.
