Vikings Sign Jake McQuaide During Roster Moves
The Vikings on Wednesday announced the signing of long snapper Jake McQuaide from the practice squad to the 53-man roster.
Minnesota also announced it has signed Nick Muse to its practice squad and waived rookie outside linebacker Gabriel Murphy.
McQuaide signed to Minnesota's practice squad in Week 10 following a Week 9 hand injury suffered by Andrew DePaola.
Minnesota has used its maximum number of elevations for McQuaide (three) in the past three games.
Muse has spent time this year on the 53-man roster and Injured Reserve. He suffered a hand injury in Week 2 but returned to the lineup last week at Chicago. Muse has played 35 special teams snaps and nine on offense this season.
Murphy recently returned from Injured Reserve after suffering a knee injury during training camp.
