Vanderpump Rules Alum Rachel Leviss in ‘Healthy’ Relationship With ‘Incredible’ Rocket Scientist

Rachel Leviss reveals she's found love again.

Some are calling it a long-overdue exit, but Rachel Leviss is stepping away from her podcast. The Rachel Goes Rogue podcast host confirmed last week that she would be wrapping up the series, which focused on healing from her interactions on Vanderpump Rules and the ill-fated tryst with Tom Sandoval.

The decision goes hand in hand with Rachel’s new romance. Her beau is very private, and the former reality TV star wants to keep the relationship under wraps.

Rachel Leviss wants her actions to “fully align” with her values

On Thursday, October 17, Rachel told her listeners of the program’s end. She said, “I have decided to walk away from continuing the podcast because I would like to move on from having one foot in the door of Vanderpump Rules and one foot out.”

It was then that she spilled the beans about a new man in her life. And stepping away makes sense to be “fully aligned” with how she wants to live her life post-Scandoval.

“I’ll be focusing on myself, my healing, and a new relationship,” Rachel shared.

In contrast to her life as a reality TV star, the former Bravolebrity developed “a new value” of keeping her private life separate from her listeners. But since the podcast evolved into a channel about “healthy relationships,” Rachel felt it fitting to share her news.

“I have considered sharing this for a little while. But I also have a new value of keeping things sacred to me and not sharing my whole life publicly the way that I have for the past 10 years,” she explained. “I have considered keeping this private and sacred to me but I actually do think that it’s fitting to share with the listeners of Rachel Goes Rogue — since this has kind of turned into a podcast about healthy relationships and healthy friendships.”

Rachel did get “the permission” of her beau to broadcast the information about their “success story.” And she hopes it will inspire listeners who “can’t quite see the light at the end of the tunnel yet.”

She explained, “When you do course correct and choose a different lifestyle for yourself and prioritize different things in your life and…put all that energy back into yourself, then you really will begin…to attract a different caliber of person.”

“Every time I describe him to my friends, I say that he’s normal and I show them a photo of him. They’re, like, ‘Wow, he does look normal.’ It’s such an accomplishment,” Rachel continued. “Given my dating history, normal was not necessarily something that I was looking for in somebody else. He’s just such a supportive person and I just feel really happy.”

Who is Rachel’s new man?

This isn’t the first time that the VPR alum teased a new romance. Rachel briefly dated Matthew Dunn before deciding that her boundaries were more important.

As for this relationship, Rachel told Psychologist Dr. Hillary Goldsher that it’s “very healthy and he’s very normal.”

“He’s just such a supportive person, and I just feel really happy,” she added.

The identity of Rachel’s suitor remains a mystery. But a source close to the podcaster exclusively told People that he’s “a rocket engineer.”

“They met through mutual friends and just hit it off,” the insider dished. “He’s an incredible guy. Really smart and kind and down to earth and, most importantly, disinterested in social media. He’s not even on social media. So his priorities are really in the right place.”

Fans of Rachel Goes Rogue need not despair. The podcast will be rebranded with a new host. And the VPR alum has options for her future.

“The podcast is going to go on, but there’s still going to be Vanderpump content to discuss,” the source added. “Rachel won’t a part of it, but there will be someone new ready to go rogue.”
