Tom Schwartz is still a big fan of Halloween.
Just a day after October’s kickoff, the Vanderpump Rules cast member provided a quick look at the creepy additions to his new home. Tom shared the peek in an Instagram video promoting his upcoming event with The Valley’s Jax Taylor.
“Oh, Canada. I love you, Canada,” he said in the October 1 Story. “Toronto, coming to see you guys this Sunday. Hosting with Jax at GRETA. It’s gonna be fun.”
Tom Schwartz shows off his outdoor Halloween decor
Tom filmed the announcement on his apartment patio, where he displayed a large skeleton on his sofa.
“That’s not Jax,” he said while turning the camera to the eerie figurine.
But the decorations didn't stop there. On Friday, October 4, the Schwartz & Sandy's co-owner returned to his outdoor space to show off his glow-in-the-dark Stanley tumbler and the rest of his Halloween pieces.
"Obviously, October is the best month of the year," he said while donning a bloody cleaver knife headband and a werewolf glove. "You know, fall, pumpkin spice, everything's nice, it's my birthday... But I gotta be honest, the heat in LA [is] kinda killing the vibe."
He then showed the aforementioned skeleton with a ball and chain around its leg and a few creepy figures positioned around the patio. The items included a creepy doll, giant fake spiders, a black pumpkin, and a spiderweb bowl placed on his coffee table
Look back at Tom Schwartz's spooky-season decorations
In previous years, the Minnesota native went all out on spooky-season decor and shared the results on social media. While living with his now ex-wife, Katie Maloney, Tom decorated their yard with a massive skeleton, fake jack-o’-lanterns, and skull figurines, as well as faux spider webs that went from their trees down to their lawn.
The ex-couple also displayed a ceiling-tall grim reaper inside their living room, along with a few hanging skeletons, floating candles, cobwebs, and some pre-lit pumpkins.
Tom showcased the Halloween decor in an October 21, 2021 video as Katie wrapped some leafy garland around their stair rails.
“October hype,” he captioned the clip. “[B]est month and you know this mannnnn.”
Tom Schwartz ditches his "transitional bachelor pad"
About five months after Halloween 2021, Katie announced she had filed for divorce. She and Tom eventually moved out of their Valley Village home and secured separate apartments.
Tom left his “transitional bachelor pad” in early August and moved into his current unit. He’s since provided several looks at the new digs, which included a sleek midcentury-style kitchen, a bright and cozy bedroom, and an impressive patio. The latter space featured glass railing with stone flooring, an outdoor sectional, a mounted TV, and a kitchenette with a built-in grill. But the most impressive part of the outdoor area?i The incredible views.
Tom demonstrated this in an August Instagram Story, giving special attention to the sunset.
“New views kinda...kinda dreamy,” Tom wrote in an Instagram Story.
