Tom Sandoval is not ready to say goodbye to Vanderpump Rules yet.
“I hope it continues on. I feel like we still have a lot of story to tell,” Sandoval, 42, exclusively told Us Weekly while attending the party for Thea De Sousa’s The Unofficial Vanderpump Rules Ultimate Trivia Book at SUR on Tuesday, October 15. “Like everything, we’re just gonna wait and see what happens.”
Sandoval added that the decision ultimately isn’t in his hands. Bravo put a pause on the reality series after season 11 wrapped up earlier this year. (Vanderpump Rules typically films each summer.)
“It’s not up to me. I’m not the EP. I’m not the network,” he continued. “In what capacity it comes back, that’s not up to me, but I’m hopeful it continues on.”
Sandoval and his girlfriend, Victoria Lee Robinson, were in attendance at the event. Robinson confessed that she had not seen Vanderpump Rules before and had limited knowledge about it. However, she’s not opposed to making an appearance on the series as she and Sandoval’s relationship continues to progress.
“I don’t know about the show. I mean, I do and I don’t. I’ve never been on it,” Robinson told Us on Tuesday. “Obviously, I feel like it would be kind of hard to dodge it, considering we are about to move in together. We’re pretty serious, so it’s hard [to avoid it]. Who knows?”
Sandoval chimed in to add that “we’ll just have to wait and see” what happens.
Robinson and Sandoval went public with their romance in February. This is Sandoval’s first relationship since his public breakup with Ariana Madix in March 2023. (The exes called it quits after nearly a decade due to the aftermath of his affair with now-former Vanderpump Rules costar Rachel “Raquel” Leviss.)
“She’s helped me out a lot,” Sandoval told Us of Robinson. “You’re with somebody that inspires you to be a certain way. That’s what makes it amazing.”
Robinson confessed that when she first met Sandoval, she did not know of him or his headline-making split. If she had been aware of who he was, she noted, things might have turned out differently.
“Because if I would have known, we wouldn’t be here right now,” she said. “But bad in a way of like, OK, we are sitting having dinner, and I’m like, ‘What the hell did you do?’ He’s grown and he’s much better than he was, and I’m so proud of him.”
Before pursuing a romance, the couple started off as friends. According to Robinson, sparks began to fly “all of sudden.” Sandoval confessed that his and Robinson’s fast connection “caught both” of them “by surprise,” but the pair have made sure to enjoy every moment they’ve shared so far.
“A lot of love, a lot of fun, a lot of support, a lot of great memories already,” he said. “We complement each other very well. We’re both very adventurous and spontaneous.”
