Could Tom Sandoval‘s rekindled friendship with Jax Taylor lead him to an upcoming appearance — or full-time role — on The Valley?

Days after Jax, 45, applauded Sandoval, 42, as one of his best friends, revealing that the Vanderpump Rules cast member reached out to him amid his month-long stay at a mental health treatment facility, Sandoval stepped out in Los Angeles, where he addressed the possibility and spoke of their years-long relationship.

“Who knows? Who knows what the future holds, you know what I mean? You never know,” Sandoval teased to TMZ of his potential future on The Valley while out at SUR earlier this week.

According to Sandoval, he felt it was important to reach out to Jax after learning he’d checked into a health facility in July.

“Me and Jax have been talking for a minute. I know he’s going through a lot. Obviously, I’ve been there, in that situation, so I just wanted to support my friend,” he explained, giving a nod to “Scandoval,” which saw him splitting from Ariana Madix, 39, following the reveal of his sordid affair with their mutual friend and castmate, Rachel “Raquel” Leviss, 30.

Although Jax was overly critical of Sandoval at the time his infidelity was first shared, he admitted that Sandoval had been a good friend to him on his podcast, When Reality Hits With Jax and Brittany, earlier this month. He also added that Sandoval had been there for him amid his divorce from Brittany Cartwright, 35.

“Jax is definitely, like, we have so much history and so many years together. I’ve seen that guy in ups and downs. I mean, we both have with each other and we’re a friendship that just takes a licking and keeps on ticking,” Sandoval concluded.

Meanwhile, during an interview with Us Weekly, Sandoval looked ahead to season 12 of Pump Rules.

“I hope it continues on. I feel like we still have a lot of story to tell,” Sandoval noted. “Like everything, we’re just gonna wait and see what happens. It’s not up to me. I’m not the EP. I’m not the network. In what capacity it comes back, that’s not up to me, but I’m hopeful it continues on.”

When cameras do pick back up, fans are expecting to meet Victoria Lee Robinson, 31, who Sandoval has been dating for the past several months.

Although Victoria has not seen the show and doesn’t know much about it, she isn’t opposed to filming.

“I don’t know about the show. I mean, I do and I don’t. I’ve never been on it,” Victoria explained. “Obviously, I feel like it would be kind of hard to dodge it, considering we are about to move in together. We’re pretty serious, so it’s hard [to avoid it]. Who knows?”

“We’ll just have to wait and see,” Sandoval added.

Victoria also noted that she wasn’t in the loop with “Scandoval” when they first met, and she didn’t know about her boyfriend’s past affair then. She admitted that if she did, they “wouldn’t be here right now.”

“[But] he’s grown and he’s much better than he was, and I’m so proud of him,” she insisted.

As for Sandoval, he had just as kind things to say about his soon-to-be live-in girlfriend.

“She’s helped me out a lot,” he gushed. “You’re with somebody that inspires you to be a certain way. That’s what makes it amazing. [There’s] a lot of love, a lot of fun, a lot of support, a lot of great memories already.”

“We complement each other very well. We’re both very adventurous and spontaneous,” he added.

Vanderpump Rules season 12 is expected to go into production sometime this fall.
