‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers here and we’re ready to close out another week in style and we have some fun spoiler goodies to share.
The episode for Friday, June 27 looks like it’s going to be a fun character building one. It’ll set the stage for a new week and give us some insight into how deeply no one trusts Cane Ashby (Billy Flynn).
While most lament being stuck at Cane’s estate after the storm took out the phones and train line, Cane will make his pitch to Lily Winters (Christel Khalil).
He’ll try to get her to give him a chance, but she won’t be having it. Cane will tell her Damian King (Jermaine Rivers) will hurt her, so she’ll kiss Damian to drive Cane away.
Nothing like giving Cane a target.
Meanwhile, Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) will try to talk herself up, but Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) will burst her bubble.
In a curious surprise, Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) will give her a pep talk and help balance her.
Looks like Sharon’s taking the new friends rule seriously. We wonder if Phyllis feels the same yet?

‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers have been waiting for Lily and Damian to make a connection. We didn’t expect it to come at Cane’s expense, but it works.
Cane doesn’t want to accept Lily not loving him anymore and will ask for time to prove himself to her. He’ll recognize she and Damian have a bond and tell her not to trust him.
For the last year, everyone’s been telling Lily what to do, so she’ll react as expected and she’ll kiss Damian.
It’ll be enough to drive Cane away for now, and she’ll admit to Damian she wanted to kiss him. Looks like they’re off to a good start.
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers for Friday, June 27: Phyllis’ boost
Everyone will be wondering if Cane’s invitation is a distraction from something else, but meanwhile Phyllis will be closing in on another meltdown.
Sharon will offer her shoulder and the two will talk. In an unexpected weak moment, Phyllis will confide that she sometimes things she’ll never get another job.
Sharon will listen and offer a pep talk that’ll help lift Phyllis’ spirits.
It’ll be a cool moment between them as they share their thoughts on Cane’s party and other things.
