The Young and the Restless spoilers indicate that Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver) and Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) have organized a drink date for the week of May 26-30, and there’s a good chance that the entire night goes completely off the rails.
After going into a long speech to his mom, Diane Abbott (Susan Walter), about wanting to be a man that is good enough for Claire Newman (Hayley Erin) during the Friday, May 23 episode, Kyle’s phone pinged with a message from Audra.
As per the text, she had an idea she wanted to run by Kyle and asked him out for a drink. Of course, Kyle took the bait and agreed to a drink date.
The Y&R’s preview for the week of May 26-30 shows a clip of Kyle fluffing off something Audra has proposed (sounds like a business deal of some sort).
Still, Audra pipes back that she finds it hard to believe he doesn’t see how this could be mutually beneficial for both of them.
The scene seems pretty innocent; however, fans know that things can change in the land of Genoa City, fast.
Both parties will likely be consuming alcohol, although it’s hard to say if either one of them (or both) will consume exorbitant amounts of alcohol.
Could both drink a little too much and get caught up in a moment?
From the Y&R clip, it does seem as if the duo is at the jazz lounge, so a GCAC room is a mere hop, skip, and a jump from where Kyle and Audra are.
With that said, it’s hard to believe that either of them would go past their limit. Kyle has his guard up, and Audra doesn’t want to lose her sharpness around him.
However, Audra also knows she needs to move fast to make Kyle look bad enough for Claire to want to break up with him.
Audra needs to secure the rest of the funding for her company from Victor Newman (Eric Braeden), and in order for this to happen, Kylaire needs to be headed for Splitsville.
Could this drink night with Kyle be ‘the night’ she sets him up?
Audra may also be desperate enough to play dirty – so, could she drug him in order to accomplish this?
If Audra slips something in Kyle’s drink, she may not have to get her “hands dirty” and make Kyle look bad for Claire – he may do it all on his own!
The Young and the Restless spoilers imply that Audra is ready to wash her hands of this scheme and move on, so what kind of actions will she take to secure that the job is done, and Victor is pleased enough to deposit the rest of the money she needs to get her company off the ground?
