Tom Schwartz appeared on Tuesday’s episode of Watch What Happens Live, where he offered an update on where he stands with Jo Wenberg, Sophia Skoro, Katie Maloney, Tom Sandoval, and Lisa Vanderpump.
As he also confirmed his current relationship status, revealed if he’s met Katie’s new boyfriend, Nick Martin, 42, and spoke of his new residence beside Jax Taylor, 45, the 42-year-old cast member of The Valley opened up about his recent communication with Jo, sharing that he received an email from his former flame.
“Jo emailed me, actually, and it was really sweet,” he noted on the June 17 episode of WWHL. “[But] she’s still blocked, and it’s so not like me to block someone — I’ll probably unblock her sometime in the next few months.”
While Schwartz was most recently linked to Sophia, 24, he confirmed they are “not dating anymore.”
“But still, the most love and respect, she’s one of my favorite human beings on the planet,” he clarified.
As for where he stands with Katie, 38, nearly three years after their divorce, Schwartz revealed things are “so good” between them.
“I just saw her the other day. She looked gorgeous … She dropped off the dogs, and she’s happy. She’s in love and she’s crushing it on her podcast. And I’m happy when she’s happy, I truly am,” he gushed.
He’s even met Nick.
“Yeah. He’s a stud. And he’s also really charming. He’s really cool,” Schwartz admitted.
Schwartz even said he’s in a good place with Sandoval, 42, despite the turmoil their shared bars faced as a result of his affair with Rachel “Raquel” Leviss, 30.
“I think we’re in a better place now. I was very resentful for a long time, but I’ve let that go and I feel like we’re in a good place again,” he explained.
Then, when asked which Bravolebrity he would rather go on a date with, between Paige DeSorbo, 32, Lexi Wood, 27, and Brittany Cartwright, 36, Schwartz named Paige after first joking about Brittany.
“Maybe the little part of me that wants to see the world burn, Brittany. I’m kidding. I’m kidding. No, Brit’s my girl, but I would never do that. Um, how about, listen, Paige, she’s so hot right now, and I saw the Giggly Squad … We laughed the whole time. It was so good,” he noted.
Moving on to Jax, Schwartz admitted that he doesn’t believe Jax has changed.
“If you’re asking me, has he changed, or is he cured? No, he’s not. I don’t think he has [changed] yet, but I think I’ll give him credit for these 201 days of sobriety,” he stated.
He then said that living next door to Jax was different than what people might assume.
“He’s very private. I don’t hear a peep out of Jax Taylor next door, believe it or not. The optics are not great, but it’s not like Step Brothers,” he clarified. “We respect each other’s boundaries. We really do, honestly, this is a whole different version of our friendship.”
Later, Schwartz addressed his relationship with Lisa, 64, on the WWHL: After Show.
“We have business together. I check in with Lisa on a biweekly basis,” he shared. “We have a really healthy friendship and partnership, and I love Lisa.”
The Valley season two airs Tuesdays at 8/7c on Bravo.
