They plan to spend Christmas at Chock's Kansas home. Chock is giving his all to Joan, and it remains to be seen if Joan will do the same.

Long before appearing in The Golden Bachelor and The Golden Bachelorette, Joan was married to John Vassos for 32 years until he died in 2021. Since then, Joan hasn't let go of her beloved husband. Even during Thanksgiving weekend, while Chock and his children were at Joan's home, Joan and her children went to the cemetery for John's birthday. It's beautiful that Joan still honors her late husband, as long as she also makes room in her heart for Chock.
