Bachelor Nation fans got to know and love Joan Vassos on Season 1 of “The Golden Bachelor” before her time on the show was cut short due to a medical concern with her daughter.
Now, she’s starting her journey to find love as the first-ever Golden Bachelorette!
To support Joan on her new adventure, all the “Golden Bachelor” women reunited again to cheer her on during the Season 1 premiere of “The Golden Bachelorette.”
The Golden ladies gathered together in Pasadena, California, for a watch party and showed up in style, wearing beautiful evening dresses.
The watch party was decorated with gold balloons, flowers, golden accessories, and a “Golden Bachelorette” show poster on display.
April Kirkwood, Sandra Mason, Christina Kempton, Edith Aguirre, Peggy Dercole, Pamela Burns, Jeanie Howard, Natascha Hardee, Maria Trice, Anna Zalk, Renee Halverson-Wright, Patty James, Sylvia Robledo, and Marina Perera all attended.
Christina shared snapshots from the party and wrote, "What a fantastic evening last night!!! Got to join 13 other Golden Bachelorettes in Pasadena to watch Joan’s premier night! It was a great show and LOVE the selection of men!!! It’s going to be epic to watch my friend’s adventure going forward!!!"
They also all gathered for a cocktail party the night before the premiere, and both events looked like a wonderful time filled with group pictures and the women reconnecting with one another.
The Golden Bachelorette herself also hosted a high tea the day before in celebration of the premiere.
The afternoon tea event was decorated with beautiful white and gold roses, golden accessories, golden cutlery, a “Golden Bachelorette” backdrop, and cute personalized touches such as a stack of books that read: “The Book of Joan,” “Tales of a Golden Girl: Volume 1,” and “It’s Her Time to Shine.”
Fellow Bachelor Nation star Charity Lawson showed her support for Joan at the high tea, and the two of them took a picture together in front of the stylized backdrop.
Digital content creators Jonathan Carson, Zachariah Porter, and Brooke Miccio also attended the event.
Joan and her guests snacked on delicious finger foods from a personalized menu, tea, and champagne to celebrate.
Both gatherings looked amazing and we love seeing the support for our leading lady Joan.
