The Bachelor’s Joey Graziadei & Kelsey Anderson Face Major Disagreement About Televising Their Nuptials Amid Big Step In The Wedding Planning Journey

The Bachelor season 28's Joey Graziadei and Kelsey Anderson met with a wedding planner to help them start the process of moving towards setting a date, but they disagree about whether their nuptials should be televised. Joey and Kelsey got engaged on November 12, 2023, but they've put wedding planning on the backburner as they've gotten to know each other better after the fast timeline of The Bachelor season 28. In addition, Joey and Kelsey were in a long-distance relationship after Joey won Dancing With The Stars season 33 this fall, and later traveled with the DWTS Live 2025 tour.

The Bachelor's Joey Graziadei & Kelsey Anderson Face Major Disagreement Over Living Situation After Backlash

In an interview with Swooon, Joey and Kelsey revealed their thoughts about having a televised wedding, and, while Joey is open to it, Kelsey seems opposed. Joey explained, "We haven’t gotten that far into the conversation yet. If there’s a world where someone wants that to happen, we will take the meeting. We will talk about it."

Joey added that he and Kelsey want to make their own choices about their wedding. He said, "For right now, like I said, the thought process is, how do we want our day to look? And then if someone else wants to try to have some insight on it, we’re always open to talk, but we haven’t really gotten to that part." However, Kelsey interjected that "it would be a lot" to have a televised wedding.

Although Kelsey seemed opposted to the idea of a televised wedding, Joey thought that they should keep their options open. He stated, "[It] might add a little extra stress, but again, you just never know. That’s something that’s down the road, and all we can do right now is focus on what we want to do, and if that comes along and that makes sense, and it aligns, then we might be open to it."
