The Bachelor season 29 leading man Grant Ellis will choose the four women for his hometown dates at the end of the February 24 episode, but some of the seven remaining women have more of a chance of receiving one than others. In episode 5, they'll continue their journey in Edinburgh, Scotland, where Grant will have to say goodbye to three more women, in order to narrow down the group to the four whose families he wants to meet during his hometown dates. Grant Has Told Litia That He Could Fall For Her

The Bachelor season 29 contestant Litia, a 31-year-old venture capitalist from Salt Lake City, Utah, has the deepest connection with Grant. She's the only woman whom he's told he could fall for, and their relationship always seems to progress to another level every time they spend time together. Grant and Litia really seem as though they could be falling in love.

Litia and Grant have already overcome an obstacle in their relationship after she confronted him about how his premiere night comment about how she probably doesn't get told no a lot because she's so beautiful triggered her. Grant apologized to Litia, and she forgave him. The fact that they could communicate openly and honestly in order to get through a difficult situation proved how strong their relationship was.

Not only have Grant and Litia been getting closer, but he already met her mother during their one-on-one dinner after a group date at Vanderpump Dogs, when they FaceTimed her. As part of the date, Dina and Grant visited a shop where people write down wishes, and they both wrote that they wished to be married and have families. The fact that they have the same life goals is very important, and it's a great sign that Grant will choose her for one of his hometown dates.

In addition, Dina has mostly stayed out of the drama with the other women in the house. Grant doesn't see her as one of the problematic contestants, but rather as someone who's fun and exciting. When he's with her, he always has a good time, so Grant will most likely want to keep her around. Dina is easy to get along with, and is completely focused on her relationship with Grant, so she has a high chance of receiving one of his hometown dates.

Grant Is Always On Carolina's Side

The Bachelor season 29 contestant Carolina, a 28-year-old public relations producer from Guaynabo, Puerto Rico, has been at the center of the drama since the season began. From her public makeout session with Grant in front of the other women to her drama with Rose Sombke when Rose said that Grant told her that she was thinking about her while he was dancing with Carolina to her conflicts with her fellow contestants about not feeling ready to get engaged, Carolina has continuously dominated Grant's time. However, Grant doesn't seem to mind because he's always on her side, ready to defend and protect her.

Although Grant has given Carolina the benefit of the doubt so far, it's possible that her hometown date could be in jeopardy because he might tire of the conflict. While it seems as though he's interested in pursuing a long-term relationship with her, the preview for The Bachelor season 29 episode 5 teased that even more drama is going to blow up between Carolina and the other women. Grant and Carolina's connection might be strong enough to withstand it, but her doubts might cause him to say goodbye to her, or she might even self-eliminate before he has the chance to meet her family.

5The Bachelor Season 29 Contestant Zoe McGrady

Zoe Hasn't Had A One-On-One Date With Grant Yet

Even though Zoe, a 27-year-old tech engineer and model from New York, New York, hasn't had a one-on-one date with Grant yet during The Bachelor season 29, they have a strong bond. During their one-on-one time at the cocktail party in Madrid, she opened up to him about how she grew up as a Black girl in a white neighborhood in the South. Grant reassured her that he could relate to her as a Black man. However, although their relationship has continued to grow throughout the season, he never gave her a one-on-one date.

Grant has been protective of Zoe throughout The Bachelor season 29, even addressing the women after she told him that she felt belittled by them. However, it seems unlikely that Grant would want to meet Zoe's family if they've never had a one-on-one date together. Their relationship simply might not have progressed as far as the others. Even if she receives one in episode 5, it's very late in the game. It's possible that Grant and Zoe's connection just isn't strong enough for him to want to meet her family during a hometown date.

Juliana, a 28-year-old client service associate from Newton, Massachusetts, and Grant always have a wonderful time when they're alone together, but she's been at the center of a lot of the conflict throughout the season, especially with Zoe and Carolina. If Grant starts to realize that she's a common denominator in the drama, then he might decide not to give her a hometown date. Juliana needs to focus more on her relationship with Grant, and less on the other women.

The preview for The Bachelor season 29 episode 5 teased that Juliana will receive a one-on-one date, but it might be too late for her. He's spent more time alone with some of the other women, which could mean that he might decide that their relationship hasn't progressed as much as those of the others. Juliana seems to really like Grant, but it's going to be interesting to see if he reciprocates her strong feelings.

Grant & Alexe's Connection Is Fading After The First One-On-One Date

Alexe, a 27-year-old pediatric speech therapist from New Brunswick, Canada, captivated Grant during The Bachelor season 29 premiere night. She brought a live llama named Linda to the Bachelor Mansion, calling it her "no-drama llama." Grant gave Alexe his first impression rose, and, because of a new twist, it meant that she also had the opportunity to go on the first one-on-one date with him. They had a fantastic time, but their relationship has faded to the background ever since, which often happens when Bachelor leads have a strong connection at the beginning of the season.

During episode 4 in Madrid, when Alexe rode a mechanical bull on a group date, she got a concussion, and couldn't even finish the date.
