The Bachelor's Kelsey Anderson Appears On Brand-New Reality Show Without Joey Graziadei After Relationship Backlash

Kelsey Anderson is going from The Bachelor to appearing in The Golden Bachelorette season 1, according to a brand-new teaser video. The Bachelor season 28 saw Kelsey meet and fall in love with Joey Graziadei. Ever since getting engaged on TV, the couple regularly shares updates about their lives on social media, no matter what praise or criticism gets thrown their way. Kelsey recently made a cameo in The Bachelorette season 21, during which she and Daisy Kent, Joey's runner-up, helped Jenn Tran, another one of of her fiancé's Bachelor exes, with a date.

The Bachelor's Kelsey Anderson Appears On New Reality Show Without Joey

The Bachelor 's Kelsey Anderson appeared in a promo video for The Golden Bachelorette to introduce her dad Mark to Joan Vassos.

In a recently released promo video for The Golden Bachelorette, Kelsey can be seen sharing a surprise with lead Joan Vassos. The video starts with Kelsey telling Joan she wants to introduce her to someone. Joan then opens her mouth in excitement and shock as Kelsey's father, Mark Anderson, steps out of the vehicle wearing a suit and a wide smile.

Mark says, "Well, hello, Joan," and Joan admits she's "so excited." The rest of the Golden Bachelorette promo shows a montage of footage from the season, including a voiceover of Joan saying they've got a lot of life left and they should spend it having fun. "We're not done yet," she exclaims.

Should Mark Anderson Become The Golden Bachelor?

Kelsey Anderson's Father Is Already A Bachelor Nation Fan-Favorite

Kelsey's dad became an instant fan-favorite in Bachelor Nation ever since he appeared on The Bachelor when Joey met the contestants' families during the hometown dates. Almost immediately, there were calls for Mark to be cast as The Golden Bachelor season 2 lead, as well as speculation over whether he should be a contestant on The Golden Bachelorette vying for Joan's love. When ABC finally announced The Golden Bachelorette season 1 cast, Mark's name appeared on the list, which caused a lot of excitement.

Filming for The Golden Bachelorette is over at this point, and Joan has (presumably) chosen the man she wants to spend the rest of her life with. However, with Mark in the mix as a contestant, there are now renewed calls for him to become the next Golden Bachelor star if Joan does not give him her final rose. When The Golden Bachelorette Instagram account posted the promo video, the comments section was filled with a lot of fans hoping he'll be the next lead. As @Rcmsplash stated, "Give the people what they want."

When it comes to choosing a new lead in this franchise, the person is usually an eliminated contestant from the opposite show; for example, Joey became The Bachelor star after being on The Bachelorette. The same situation happened with Joan coming from The Golden Bachelor. Presumably, The Golden Bachelor season 2 lead will be one of Joan's current suitors. It might very well be Mark, and this could be ABC's way of making that happen. He would be a great choice, and the anticipation will certainly build for the day when the next lead is announced.
