The Bachelor’s Kelsey Anderson may be feeling left out after Joey Graziadei and Jenn Tran were announced to be competing on Dancing With The Stars, but her exciting new gig may be keeping her happy amid relationship backlash. Kelsey, who met her fiancé Joey during The Bachelor season 28, has dealt with relationship backlash after her time on the series. While their love story was a sweet, satisfactory journey on The Bachelor, viewers have been struggling to be supportive of Joey and Kelsey after a series of concerns. Though Joey and Kelsey appear stronger than ever, things have been tough.
“I wouldn’t be able to do any of this without the people who have supported me."
In a recent TikTok, Kelsey shared that she’s taking on a new gig during New York Fashion Week, modeling in a fashion show for designer Sherri Hill. Getting emotional, Kelsey shared that she’s grateful for the opportunity to be living out her dreams as a model in the NYFW show and explained she’s not taking anything for granted, as she knows her opportunities are coming from the fact that so many Bachelor Nation viewers have supported her.
“I wouldn’t be able to do any of this without the people who have supported me, and love Joey and I. I’m trying not to get emotional because I was crying last night about it,” Kelsey explained, tearing up. “I’m just so thankful…I’m always trying to stay grounded in reality.” Kelsey went on to explain that she realizes her life right now is fantastical, and though she’s doing her best to enjoy it, she’s also trying to make sure she keeps herself aware that this isn’t reality. Staying humble and thankful, Kelsey was happy to have the incredible opportunity.
Should Kelsey Anderson Pursue Modeling As A Career?
She Seemed Thrilled At The Opportunity
Kelsey may not have been prepared for the opportunity to model at the Sherri Hill show, sharing that it was a last-minute invitation for her to walk, but she was excited to be joining in on the iconic fashion show during NYFW. While Kelsey may not have intended to head to NYFW to model on the runway, the experience was too exciting for her to miss out on as she got the opportunity to walk in the show. Though Kelsey has been working as a content creator since quitting her job post-Bachelor, modeling could be a great next step.
While Kelsey may not pursue a career in runway modeling after her time at NYFW, opportunities may open up for her after having the experience of walking on a professional runway. The exciting show could push Kelsey to reassess her career and move into more serious modeling, even as she’s working as a content creator and deciding on her next move. The Bachelor star may be operating between coasts as she lands in Los Angeles to support Joey on his DWTS journey, but she’ll be ready to prioritize her own career once she plants her roots.
While Kelsey’s opportunity to walk in the iconic Sherri Hill NYFW show was a dream come true, it may not alter her career or future in a major way. Though the experience was clearly an emotional one for The Bachelor star, Kelsey seems to be ready to get back into her life with Joey once she’s off the runway, figuring out her next move. Though she’s been able to stay within The Bachelor franchise, Kelsey’s time on reality TV or fashion may not be over as she contemplates what’s next for her in her professional life.
