Joey Graziadei is reportedly just days away from joining another reality show after starring on The Bachelor. After coming in second on The Bachelorette, Joey was chosen to star as the lead of The Bachelor season 28, during which he met and fell in love with Kelsey Anderson. The two got engaged at the end of the season and have been showing off their relationship on social media ever since. Even though they quickly became a fan-favorite Bachelor Nation couple, they haven't escaped scrutiny, especially amid alleged money issues and signs their relationship might be doomed.
The Bachelor 's Joey Graziadei is reportedly in negotiations to join Dancing With The Stars season 33.
Several months after The Bachelor season 28, it looks like Joey is getting ready to join another reality show. ET reported that he's currently in negotiations to compete in Dancing With The Stars season 33, alongside actor Eric Roberts. Unless ABC announces a major surprise, Kelsey will not be joining her fiancé on the competition series. Eric is an actor known for such projects as King Of The Gypsies, Star 80, Runaway Train, The Cable Guy and The Dark Knight. Olympian Stephen Nedoroscik has already been announced as the first DWTS cast member competing this fall on ABC.
Should Joey Graziadei Join Dancing With The Stars Season 33?
Joey Graziadei Might Compete Against Other Bachelor Stars
Rumors have been swirling for several months that Joey might join Dancing With The Stars season 33. Now ET has given more concrete reporting about this major casting decision. However, there's a chance Joey might not be the only Bachelor Nation star to compete this fall. Other names that have been speculated about include The Golden Bachelor's Gerry Turner, who is attempting to salvage his damaged reputation after divorcing Theresa Nist, and The Golden Bachelorette's Joan Vassos. If the latter rumor came true, then Joan would be starring on two TV shows at the same time.
As far as Joey's potential abilities on the dance floor, he has been asked during various interviews in the past about whether he'd ever join DWTS. It turns out he's open to the opportunity, and, in fact, Kelsey believes he's a better dancer than she is. Joey and Kelsey have been living with roommates, and there was talk that they wanted to move to New York. However, it sounds like that big life change is being delayed, possibly because Joey will be on DWTS, which is in California, in the fall.
Joey's alleged financial troubles are supposedly behind him, but joining DWTS could help even more to put him on solid footing so he and Kelsey can find their own place in 2025. That alone is reason enough for him to sign on the dotted line. It's also great corporate synergy for ABC, since both The Bachelor and DWTS are on the same network. Kelsey will likely be spotted a lot in the studio audience cheering Joey on. Joey should definitely take advantage of his current fame right now by competing on DWTS. It's an opportunity that doesn't always come around.
