When Tamra Judge told the Bravosphere she was “on the spectrum,” she thought she was helping out others like her. But instead of being greeted with support, trolls hurled mean words as if it were rotten fruit being thrown at The Globe. Naturally, the Real Housewives of Orange County star has been deeply hurt. But she is finally opening up about how bad some RHOC fans have really been.

Tamra Judge isn’t about the mean girl attitude from some RHOC fans

After weeks of torment, Tamra finally exited her shell and spoke on The Weekly Scoop with CJ regarding what she had to endure. The Real Housewives of Orange County star slammed cruel followers, noting social media has become “gross.” For Tamra, “the hardest thing is, like, these people are saying such nasty, horrible things and calling me mean. Like, look in the mirror.”

The Vena CDB founder revealed that the network had tried to advise her on handling the intense criticism. Tamra shared, “One thing that Bravo told me, they’re like, “Don’t even worry about them, like, they’re three percent of our viewers.”

But to the realtor, it didn’t matter who was viewing the show because, at the end of the day, she was left extremely vulnerable and hurt. Tamra couldn’t help but point out, “Only three percent, and they’re the loudest and the meanest. I think that Instagram has just gotten to a place that is so gross. The comments to people, talking about people’s weight and their looks … death threats, it’s gross.”

Tamra isn’t wrong about her viewpoint on social media. When news first broke about her spectrum comments, backlash ensued. The attacks became so ferocious that Tamra eventually deleted her post. Now, Tamra is calling for a significant overhaul of the platform.

She shared, “I obviously get, like, people are welcome to their opinion, but who does that? I don’t know anybody in my circle who would ever comment or say things like people do on Instagram these days.” For Tamra’s sake, I hope she finds some closure and knows she isn’t alone in how she feels.
