The knock on Tomlin is that the Steelers have not won a playoff game in eight years. It has not helped that the Steelers cannot find a suitable quarterback to follow future Hall of Famer Ben Roethlisberger who retired in 2022. Until Tomlin wins playoff games, he will not be considered a Top 5 NFL coach or the best in his division.
