The Las Vegas Raiders were on Shedeur Sanders watch for much of the 2024 season. The team was in the driver's seat to get the No. 1 pick in the 2025 NFL Draft and many speculated that they'd take the Colorado quarterback with the pick.
Sanders has flirted with the Raiders going back to last year and even his father Deion Sanders told former head coach Antonio Pierce to draft his sons. However, Las Vegas won two of their last three games, which dropped them to No. 6 in the draft order.
With a few quarterback-needy teams pick ahead of the Raiders, it'll be more difficult to add the quarterback now.
Despite that, he continues to flirt with the Raiders. CBS Sports had Sanders share an emoji reaction to team logos for teams that he could play for. For every other team, he shared an eyes emoji but for the Raiders, he shared the thinking emoji.
"I'm trying to figure right here, but they gotta trade up," Sanders said in response to the Raiders logo. "... So I know it could happen so that's why I put this."

This reaction turned a lot of heads considering how much he's already flirted with the idea of going to Las Vegas. He's had to pull back on his obvious flirtation with the Raiders but it seems like he still has the team on his mind.
It's difficult to know what head coach Pete Carroll and general manager John Spytek will do but it's no secret that the Raiders need a quarterback and Sanders might be the best in the class.
